Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Warehouse Associate for an Onsite position with a Major Healthcare Company located in King of Prussia, PA. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This role involves all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise against receiving documentation Identify, document, and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged products Stock and replenish inventory while maintaining proper product rotation procedures Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/PkMS) to support inventory, fulfillment, and shipping transactions Process customer returns, complete required data entry, and return products to designated storage locations Conduct cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy Assist with physical inventory counts and inventory management procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, DEA regulations, and workplace safety requirements Support outbound shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Demonstrate strong attention to detail when handling inventory, documentation, and order fulfillment processes Utilize basic computer systems and data entry tools to support daily warehouse operations Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance standards Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as business needs require Pay range: up to $22.50 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.
