Key Responsibilities Operate hand and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently Prepare materials for finishing Palletize and band finished products Sort, organize, and count materials by style and color Load and unload materials throughout the production process Communicate effectively with team members to support daily operations Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Perform basic repairs on defective items when required Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Why You'll Love Working Here At Eden Millwork, our employees are at the heart of everything we do.
