Your Role on the Pitch As a Fulfillment Specialist, you are the critical first step in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be a vital member of our warehouse crew, responsible for the swift and accurate handling of all outgoing product shipments. This role is a perfect fit for a detail-oriented, driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, organized team environment and takes pride in a job well done. This person should also have an interest and ability to train others on the warehouse floor. Make the Play Champion the values of the Soccer Post organization every single day. Execute order fulfillment with speed and laser-like accuracy (picking, packing, and documentation). Perform quality control checks to ensure every item is accounted for and free of damage. Take the lead in stocking, organizing, and maintaining an efficient and clean warehouse space. Proactively identify and correct inventory discrepancies (descriptions, stock numbers). General maintenance and cleanup, ensuring a safe and productive environment. Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures. Be ready to cross-train and become proficient in all areas of warehouse operations. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team's success. What You Bring Proven Warehouse Fulfillment Experience Ability to train others Exceptional attention to detail and world-class organizational skills. Clear and effective communication skills—you're a great team player. Comfortable utilizing modern warehouse tools, including tablets, scanners, and inventory software. Understanding of inventory management and warehouse best practices required Physical Demands Must be able to successfully complete various activities in the warehouse, including standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and carrying for extended hours. Must be able to move, lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift. Must be able to read and write effectively in English.
