Company Information We are a locally owned coffee roasting company operating as two brands, Sydney Roasting Co and Kitty Town Coffee. Our main brand, Kitty Town Coffee, is a growing primarily e-commerce brand where every bag of coffee sold feeds a cat in a shelter for a week. Job Description We are looking for folks to work in our roastery in a variety of roles. Day to day tasks include grinding, bagging, and processing coffee bags, and getting orders ready to ship. Some tasks are repetitive, other tasks are creative and detail oriented, but your days will always be a little bit different. This job will take place in our coffee roasting facility which is a food safe manufacturing facility that does not have climate control.

Requirements & Qualifications:

High School Diploma preferred Must be able to lift 40 lbs on a regular basis. Must be able to stand, bend, walk, and lift on a regular basis throughout the day. We are offering full time and part time opportunities. Full time starts at $15/hr, part time starts at $14/hr. Availability that includes Saturdays is preferred.
