Competencies Strong business, creative, and technical writing skills Proficiency in MS office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent oral and written communication Effective interpersonal, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to multitask Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints Required Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or 1-2 years of warehouse experience Work Environment Position is an indoor warehouse setting with moderate noise levels including voices, office equipment, and foot traffic sounds. Employee may interact with customers, sales representatives, and other internal departments. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to: Sit at desk for extended periods of time Use arms, hands, and fingers to handle, feel, and reach for items Listen to and talk with fellow staff and internal and external customers Frequently required to crouch, crawl, stoop, or kneel Be able to lift 50 pounds Job Summary Responsible for ensuring accurate movement and storage of goods in warehouse. May work on own or as part of a team. Routinely uses standard equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and standard warehouse equipment such as scanners, printers, trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers. Be aware of day-to-day functions and take the initiative when able to assist co-workers Use common sense and warehouse knowledge to better our business and work environment. Carry out tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager. Wearing proper safety equipment and always follow all safety codes. Keep areas safe, clean, and organized. Must be able to perform the described duties and at least THREE out of the four of the following Warehouse functions:
