Job Description

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our client to support the accuracy, compliance, and reliability of incoming product operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring surgical instruments meet established quality standards before entering inventory. Working onsite in Malvern, PA, the technician will collaborate closely with warehouse and operations teams in a regulated environment. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity offering stability and long term growth.
Compensation:
$20-$24/hr
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities of the
Quality Control Technician:
Perform detailed inspections of incoming surgical instruments across small and large volume shipments to ensure accuracy and quality compliance Support receiving and inventory workflows by validating quantities, conditions, and documentation of inbound materials Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, shipments, or inspection findings in a timely manner Maintain accurate inspection records and tracking logs using internal systems and Excel based tools Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of organization and attention to detail in a fast paced warehouse setting Qualifications and Skills for the
Quality Control Technician:
Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is required Hands on exposure to quality control or inspection processes is strongly preferred Familiarity with medical devices or regulated environments such as
ISO 13485
is highly valued Strong computer proficiency including Excel and inventory or ERP systems such as NetSuite or Oracle Demonstrated ability to manage details, stay organized, and perform effectively in a dynamic environment Why Join Us?
