PRECAST CONCRETE - FORM SETUP LABORER

Now Hiring - 3 Positions Architectural Precast Innovations is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team as Form Setup Laborers . This is a hands-on manufacturing position responsible for preparing and setting forms and molds used to produce architectural precast concrete products. If you are someone who takes pride in accurate work, can read a tape measure and basic blueprints, and enjoys working with your hands, we would like to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Set up forms and molds for daily production of architectural precast concrete products. Install inserts, embeds, and steel plates in the correct locations according to job plans and specifications. Measure and position form materials accurately. Read and interpret basic production drawings and blueprints. Use a tape measure, level, and common hand tools. Work closely with the production team to complete daily production requirements. Maintain accurate, organized, and safe work areas. Clean and maintain workstations and production areas throughout the shift. Work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team. Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE requirements. Work overtime and occasional weekends when production needs require it.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a hands-on manufacturing position. Employees will work around concrete, forms, steel, production equipment, dust, noise, and other typical conditions found in a precast concrete manufacturing facility. Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and working with hand tools throughout the workday.

INDUSTRIAL LABORER - ENVIRONMENTAL & CLEANUP

Now Hiring - 1 Position Architectural Precast Innovations is looking for a dependable, hardworking Industrial Laborer to help keep our manufacturing facility clean, safe, and operating efficiently. This is not a traditional janitorial position . This is a hands-on manufacturing role involving production-floor cleanup, concrete form cleaning, material and garbage removal, grounds maintenance, and operation of equipment such as forklifts and loaders. The right candidate is someone who is comfortable working around heavy equipment and active manufacturing operations, pays attention to their surroundings, takes pride in keeping a facility clean and safe, and is willing to jump in wherever help is needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the manufacturing and production areas. Perform ongoing cleanup of concrete debris, dust, dirt, trash, and other production waste. Clean concrete forms and prepare them for the next production cycle. Sweep, shovel, collect, and remove debris and waste. Maintain walkways, work areas, and workstations in a clean and safe condition. Assist with garbage, debris, and material removal. Operate equipment such as forklifts, pay loaders, skid steers, backhoes, or similar equipment as needed and when qualified. Clean and maintain administrative offices, common areas, and restrooms. Empty trash and maintain facility supplies. Assist with outdoor grounds cleanup and maintenance. Perform weed control and vegetation maintenance in designated areas. Identify and report spills, unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, and other potential hazards. Follow all company safety rules and PPE requirements. Maintain awareness of employees, vehicles, forklifts, heavy equipment, and other activity in the work area. Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

Must be 18 years of age or older . Reliable and dependable with consistent attendance. Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment. Able to work safely around heavy equipment, machinery, vehicles, and production employees. Willing and able to perform physical, hands-on work throughout the workday. Able to follow instructions and company safety procedures. Willingness to work as part of a team and independently. Forklift experience. Payloader, skid steer, backhoe, or other heavy equipment experience. Construction, grounds maintenance, or industrial housekeeping experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is an active precast concrete manufacturing environment. The position involves exposure to concrete dust, noise, outdoor weather conditions, heavy equipment, moving vehicles, machinery, and uneven surfaces. Physical requirements include standing and walking for extended periods, bending, stooping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and performing repetitive cleaning and material-handling activities.

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per week
