Job Description

At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. ​ Job Overview TE Connectivity's Material Handler Teams perform the physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. They maintain accurate records in the ERP system, manage inventory, and ensure that manufacturing work centers are properly supplied to meet production schedules. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00am to 4:00pm.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Material Movement & Replenishment:
Receive incoming material, replenish inventory, and move pallets, often operating manual floor lift trucks or pallet jacks.
Inventory Control & Transactions:
Accurately update the ERP system (e.g., SAP) for all material transactions, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
Order Picking & Delivery:
Pick products, components, or supplies to deliver to manufacturing work centers.
Shipping & Receiving:
Unpack, check goods against purchase orders or invoices, and prepare finished goods for shipping.
Logistics & Documentation:
Prepare packing sheets, bills of lading, and maintain accurate records of shipments.
Housekeeping & Safety:
Maintain a clean and safe work area (5S standards) and strictly adhere to TE Connectivity's Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) policies.
Support & Collaboration:
Work with scheduling and manufacturing teams to expedite materials and resolve inventory variances. What your background should look like
Experience:
1-3 years of related experience in a warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Computer Skills:
Basic computer skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) is highly desirable.
Skills:
Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately distinguish part numbers, batch numbers, and quantities.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 35-50 lbs regularly, and stand/walk for extended periods.
Other:
Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to work overtime if needed.

COMPENSATION
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $31,700 - 55,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
