Foreman/Supervisor

Rental Industry / Tent Industry experience is not required to apply for this position. We are looking for those with Nature of work: This is a Leadership position that involves directing a crew in the delivery and installation of a variety of event rental products. Strategizing, real-time problem solving, organization, communication and relationship building are key aspects of the role. Experience in leading others in the completion of assignments is a must.

Responsibilities include:

Directing crews, ensuring everyone is upholding company quality standards and productivity while maintaining a courteous and professional manner. Overseeing and training staff on the preparation of items for rental (cleaning, inspecting, counting, etc.). Overseeing and training staff on the proper loading and unloading of company trucks. Overseeing and training staff on the proper installation and tear down procedures of rental equipment. Driving company trucks.

Requirements:

A clean driving record and maintaining DOT compliance. Ability to drive a 26' box truck and a truck/towing combination. Must be able to lift approx. 70 lbs. Ability to adapt to and work well with changing priorities and situations Ability to define and prioritize problems and resolve them quickly Must maintain a professional personal appearance Must possess customer relation skills Must be able to use mathematics to solve problems Must maintain an acceptable attendance record Must have a full range of motion and dexterity Must be able to understand and complete instructions furnished in written, oral or scheduled form

Pay:

Pay to be determined with level of experience

After Hours Pay:

$40 per hour
