Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker specializing in Shipping & Receiving! In this vital role, you'll be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring that goods move smoothly and efficiently through our distribution center. Your energy and attention to detail will help us meet customer demands, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold high standards of safety and quality. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, inventory control, and shipping logistics while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Receive incoming shipments by accurately inspecting, recording, and verifying items using RF scanners and warehouse management software. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products according to order specifications, ensuring proper packaging for safe delivery. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload trucks efficiently. Maintain precise inventory records through data entry into ERP systems such as our SM3 software , supporting stock accuracy and replenishment needs. Manage order fulfillment processes by efficiently picking items from shelves using order pickers and ensuring timely dispatch. Conduct stock counts and cycle counts to verify inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and facilitate accurate inventory management. Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to coordinate shipping schedules, ensure compliance with trade regulations, and optimize warehouse distribution workflows. Operate within compliance of our company Safety Policy and Code of Ethics Follow documented work procedures and willing to work in a flexible team environment Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP/MRP systems like our SM3 software, and inventory management software. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and international trade regulations. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Excellent data entry skills combined with basic math abilities for accurate inventory tracking and order processing. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for reporting and communication purposes. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as load & unload operations while maintaining safety standards. Pay:
From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
