General Laborer Construction / Install Crew

Comer & Cross is hiring General Laborers / Construction Installers to join our team based out of New Kensington . If you've worked in construction, landscaping, roofing, painting, warehouse work, or any hands-on labor , you can do well here. Pay $18-$30/hour $800-$2,000+ per week (based on hours & crew performance) What You'll Be Doing Prep concrete (grinding, patching, cleaning) Install epoxy & polyaspartic floor coatings Work on a crew to complete jobs (many completed in 1 day) Travel to job sites in company trucks Location Based out of New Kensington, PA (15068) Report to the warehouse daily, then travel to job sites Best fit for candidates within 30-40 minutes (Tarentum, Natrona Heights, Penn Hills, Monroeville, Plum, etc.) ⏱ Schedule Typically 40-50 hours/week when busy Monday-Friday + some Saturdays Work volume can vary depending on season and job flow ✅ Requirements Valid driver's license Able to lift 50-60 lbs Comfortable with physical, hands-on work Reliable and shows up ready to work (No coatings experience needed — we train you.)
