What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in automotive or industrial assembly is preferred Basic mechanical aptitude (e.g., using wrenches, screwdrivers, power tools, etc.) Ability to read and follow instructions from printed materials or computers Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently Comfortable with frequent bending, reaching, twisting, standing, and walking Experience with standard and drexel forklifts, pallet jacks or ERP systems is a plus.
