Job Description

Job Summary SHIFTS:
Monday to Friday 7:30am-4pm We are seeking dedicated Material Handlers and Warehouse Operators to join our manufacturing team in a dynamic food processing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately handling raw materials, preparing ingredients for production, and managing bulk product pulls to ensure smooth operations. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our food products. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing setting committed to excellence in food safety and compliance. Duties Prepare raw materials by accurately weighing, measuring, and verifying ingredients according to product specifications, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and GMP standards. Manage bulk product pulls by retrieving and organizing ingredients or packaging materials needed for production runs while maintaining proper documentation within SAP or other inventory management systems. Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely to transport raw materials and finished goods within the facility. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in accordance with sanitation protocols and food safety management standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting solutions aligned with quality assurance practices. Follow all safety standards in production environments, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety procedures. Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, supporting overall manufacturing management goals. Document all handling activities accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory/legal standards in food production. Qualifications Prior experience working in food processing plants or manufacturing environments with a focus on food & beverage production. Basic math skills necessary for precise weighing and measurement tasks. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation such as forklifts is advantageous or a forklift certification a plus Strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety standards in production settings. Effective communication skills suitable for managing production or assembly teams. Experience with quality assurance processes within the food industry is highly desirable. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high productivity levels. This position is integral to maintaining high-quality standards across our manufacturing operations.
