Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory through various warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Duties Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move products. Utilize RF scanners and inventory management software to accurately track stock levels, process shipments, and update records in real-time. Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and verifying items using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems like AS400 or MRP platforms. Manage shipping logistics by coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards. Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts, data entry, and stock replenishment activities. Support warehouse distribution operations by organizing storage areas, stocking shelves, and ensuring proper packaging for safe transportation. Assist with shipping & receiving tasks including inspecting incoming goods for quality and accuracy, documenting discrepancies, and processing returns when necessary. Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP platforms such as AS400 or MRP systems. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and e-commerce distribution processes. Skilled in data entry with high accuracy using tools like Microsoft Office applications. Experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts (certified preferred), reach trucks, pallet jacks, order pickers, RF scanners, and load/unload machinery. Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities during order picking & packing activities. Excellent customer service orientation to support internal teams and external vendors effectively. Familiarity with warehouse operations such as stocking, order fulfillment, shipping & receiving procedures. Pay:
$18.65 - $23.30 per hour
