Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer and store orders according to standards Load, unload, and stage freight using pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment Use scanners or warehouse systems to track, label, and verify inventory Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following company safety guidelines Inspect products and packaging for accuracy and damage before shipment Work collaboratively with team members and leaders to meet productivity and quality goals Follow established procedures for handling, storing, and stacking merchandise Support training, process improvements, and other warehouse tasks as assigned Required Skills Order picking and packing Pallet jack operation Forklift operation Inventory scanning (RF scanners) Basic computer literacy Loading and unloading trucks Warehouse safety procedures Basic math for counts and measurements Labeling and documentation Physical stamina and material handling
