Job Description

APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Tarentum, PA looking to add a Warehouse Quality Auditor to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be supporting warehouse operations to include ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining organized records, and supporting warehouse operations through regular audits and inspections. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management. What's in it for you: Day shift hours Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (Some Saturdays 7:00am-3:00pm) Competitive hourly rate at $19.00/hr depending on experience Direct Hire position - you'll be hired directly with our client! Amazing benefit package once hired in permanently Medical, Dental and Vision 401K Paid vacation What your day will look like: Perform routine inventory counts and cycle counts within the warehouse Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy Compare physical inventory to system records and report discrepancies Inspect products for damage, labeling issues, or quality concerns Maintain accurate documentation and audit reports Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining warehouse cleanliness Work closely with warehouse staff and supervisors to resolve inventory issues Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times Use handheld scanners, spreadsheets, or warehouse management systems (WMS) as needed What we are looking for: High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus, but not required Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift At Apex, we actively encourage applications from underrepresented groups.
