Assembler Job Description You will work on a production line, follow detailed work instructions, and ensure products are accurately assembled, packaged, and prepared for distribution. Multiple shifts are available across daytime, second, and third shifts, offering consistent, full-time work in a stable production setting. Responsibilities Read and follow written work instructions to complete assembly and packaging tasks accurately. Feed materials and components onto the assembly line to maintain continuous production flow. Assemble and package parts Operate machinery Stand on the production line Essential Skills Ability to stand on feet for an entire 8-hour shift. Ability to read and understand work instructions and work orders. Manual dexterity with hands to handle small parts and perform repetitive tasks. Capability to perform general labor, production, and packaging tasks in a manufacturing environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tarentum, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
