Job Description
Required Education:
High School Diploma or EquivalentRequired Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, distribution, or parts-handling experience
- Ability to accurately complete research, documentation, data entry, and shipment-related tasks using internal systems and databases
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities such as driving, pulling, kneeling, reaching, standing, twisting, walking, climbing, pushing, and squatting
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with temperature variations and high noise levels
- Must be able to work full-time on-site at the facility; overtime may be required based on business needs
- Warehouse operations experience, including receiving, handling, storing, and retrieving components safely and accurately
- Strong attention to detail for research, documentation, data entry, and shipment processing
- Ability to use internal databases/systems and shipping tools to process inbound shipments from dealer network and outbound shipments to various suppliers
Preferred Skills:
- Forklift certification or prior forklift operation experience
- OEM distribution, automotive parts, or dealer/supplier-return experience
- Familiarity with FedEx shipping processes and coordinating return shipments to suppliers/engineers
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, research, document, store, and retrieve inbound warranty parts and related materials accurately and safely
- Process outbound shipments to suppliers, engineers, and other business partners using internal systems, shipping tools, and required documentation
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, database updates, shipment tracking, and completion of research or investigation tasks
- Support daily warehouse operations by organizing inventory, preparing parts for review, following safety standards, and maintaining a clean work area
- Communicate with internal teams, dealer network contacts, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve shipment, documentation, or parts-handling issues
