Process outbound shipments to suppliers, engineers, and other business partners using internal systems, shipping tools, and required documentation.
Perform accurate data entry, database updates, shipment tracking, and research or investigation activities.
Maintain accurate records related to parts, inventory, shipments, and documentation.
Organize inventory and prepare parts for review, shipment, or other required processing.
Support daily warehouse operations while following established safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Communicate with internal teams, dealer network contacts, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve shipment, documentation, or parts-handling issues.
Follow all warehouse, safety, material-handling, and shipping procedures.
Perform physical warehouse activities including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, walking, climbing, and squatting. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required.1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, parts handling, or a related field.
Experience with OEM distribution, automotive parts, or supplier returns is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately complete research, documentation, data entry, and shipment-related tasks.
Ability to use internal databases, computer systems, and shipping tools to process and track shipments.
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable performing physical activities including driving, pulling, kneeling, reaching, standing, twisting, walking, climbing, pushing, and squatting.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with temperature variations and high noise levels.
Must be able to work full-time on-site at the facility.
Overtime may be required based on business needs. Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification or previous forklift operation experience.
Experience working with automotive parts, OEM distribution, dealer returns, or supplier-return processes.
Familiarity with FedEx shipping processes and coordinating return shipments to suppliers or engineers.
Experience working with warehouse management systems, inventory databases, shipping systems, or other internal business applications. May be required based on business needs Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Parts Operations Associate to support the receiving, inspection, research, documentation, storage, retrieval, and shipment of warranty parts and related materials. This position is ideal for someone with experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, automotive parts, or supplier returns who is comfortable performing both physical warehouse duties and computer-based documentation and data entry. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate inventory and shipment records, process inbound and outbound shipments, research parts and shipment information, and communicate with internal teams, suppliers, engineers, dealer network contacts, and logistics partners.
