Full-Time We are looking for hardworking and dependable General Laborers to join our team in a concrete manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, physical position where you will help build, finish, and maintain concrete products. No extensive experience is required — we're looking for people with a strong work ethic who are willing to learn and work as part of a team.

What You'll Do:

Assist with setting up and assembling forms for concrete products Use hand tools to build, modify, and prepare concrete forms Install reinforcing wire, gaskets, and other components Pour, smooth, and finish concrete products Inspect and measure finished products for quality Sand, grind, and repair imperfections in concrete Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas Assist with basic maintenance tasks as trained Replace or maintain hand tools and equipment Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Perform other general labor duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, concrete, warehouse, or maintenance is a plus Comfortable using basic hand tools Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to follow directions and work well with a team Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working around machinery and in a loud industrial environment

Physical Requirements:

This is a physical, hands-on job. You will be standing and walking for most of the shift and frequently bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and lifting. The work environment can include heat, wet/humid conditions, loud noise, machinery, vibration, and outdoor weather conditions . Why Apply?
