Warehouse Associate Tullytown, PA (On-site) Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM About SEKO Seko Dosing Systems Corp. is a global manufacturer of dosing pumps and metering systems with over 40 years of experience. Our solutions support industries ranging from water treatment to industrial processes worldwide. Position Overview We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided. This role is responsible for accurate picking and packing, preparing shipments, and supporting daily warehouse operations . This is a structured work environment with clear expectations for attendance, accuracy, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack orders accurately based on work orders Prepare and stage shipments for daily pickups and deliveries Handle inventory and assist with cycle counts Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse areas (5S) Follow all safety procedures and company policies Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Cross-train and assist in other warehouse functions as needed What We're Looking For A successful employee in this role: Arrives on time and ready to work before the 8:00 AM start Maintains accuracy with minimal errors Follows instructions and asks questions when needed Works at a steady pace to meet daily goals Has a team-first attitude and positive work ethic Is willing to learn multiple tasks and adapt Qualifications Basic computer skills ( required ) Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience ( preferred ) Forklift certification ( a plus ) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
