Total Sales & Marketing (TSM) is looking for a dependable, hardworking Fulfillment & Warehouse Associate to join our team in Warminster, PA. This is a hands-on warehouse position supporting our daily receiving, fulfillment, and shipping operations. The right person is organized, reliable, comfortable with physical work, and willing to jump in wherever needed to keep our warehouse running efficiently. This is a full-time, hourly position available immediately. Responsibilities Receive and process incoming product and shipments Pick products accurately for customer orders Pack, box, label, and prepare orders for shipment Process outgoing shipments and stage completed orders Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries Move, organize, and stock inventory throughout the warehouse Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse and fulfillment areas Break down boxes, dispose of packaging materials, and assist with general warehouse cleanup Assist with inventory counts and organization Help with other warehouse, fulfillment, and general labor projects as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or similar experience preferred Reliable and able to maintain consistent attendance Strong attention to detail, particularly when picking and packing customer orders Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Able to follow instructions and established processes Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Able to regularly lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs., with heavier items handled with appropriate assistance or equipment Forklift experience or certification is a plus What We Offer TSM offers full-time employees a competitive benefits package, including: Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid company holidays Company-matched retirement IRA Consistent full-time, Monday-Friday schedule Stable, year-round employment Small-team environment where your work directly contributes to the success of the company About TSM Total Sales & Marketing is a promotional products and fulfillment company based in Warminster, PA.
