Night/3rd Shift Job Summary We are seeking experienced Warehouse Order Pickers/Selectors for a full-time temp-to-permanent opportunity. The ideal candidate will have previous order selecting or warehouse experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires constant movement, physical activity, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Pick and select products accurately according to customer orders. Operate an electric pallet jack. Maintain productivity and accuracy standards. Build and organize pallets safely and efficiently. Work safely in a cold and wet warehouse environment. Maintain awareness of surrounding employees, equipment, and inventory. Follow all safety and warehouse procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of order selecting experience required. General warehouse experience may be considered with training provided. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. individually. Ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hours per day. Comfortable working in cold and wet conditions. Reliable attendance history. Ability to operate an electric pallet jack required. Stand-up reach truck experience preferred. Strong spatial awareness and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Performance Expectations Candidates should be able to develop toward a production rate of approximately 80-100 pieces per hour within the first several weeks. Previous high-volume order selecting experience is strongly preferred. Schedule Sunday-Friday Saturday off plus one additional weekday off Start time: 5:30 PM Typical shift: approximately 9-10 hours Minimum of 8 hours required Physical & Work Environment This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the warehouse. The work environment is cold and wet, and employees must be prepared with appropriate cold-weather PPE.
