Job Overview We are seeking reliable and experienced Lumpers as Needed for warehouse distribution. In this role, you will assist with various materials handling tasks, ensuring efficient loading, unloading, of trucks and trailers at the warehouse. You may also be unloading live-loads. this is an on-call position. Duties Load and unload shipments using appropriate material handling equipment Use RF scanners to track inventory movement and update warehouse records Handle manual lifting of materials in accordance with safety protocols and OSHA standards Support shipping and receiving operations by preparing goods for dispatch or receipt Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all safety procedures Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks Requirements Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, or materials handling roles Ability to operate heavy equipment including forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks safely Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and RF scanners Strong manual handling skills with an emphasis on safety and OSHA compliance Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and load/unload processes Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols This is not an hourly position. This is incentive pay. You are paid by the truck. Hours On call as needed.
