From the Mobile Pantry to Senior Food Deliveries, you are the one bringing essential groceries directly to those who need them most. Your Impact (The Role): This is a hybrid role that blends professional driving with warehouse logistics. You'll be the master of our specialized programs, ensuring food is delivered safely, timely, and with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

The Delivery Pro:

Load and deliver program orders for our Mobile Pantry, Senior Food Delivery, and "Just in Time" programs.

Site Support:

You don't just "drop and go." You'll assist our partner staff at delivery sites to ensure the handoff is seamless and successful.

Road Safety First:

Drive company vehicles with a "Locked In" focus on safety and traffic laws. Your van is your office-keep it clean, fueled, and in peak condition.

Warehouse Flex:

When you aren't on the road, you're a vital part of the warehouse crew-assisting with distribution, storage, and selecting products to keep the mission moving.

Customer Service Excellence:

Represent the Food Bank's mission with professionalism and respect at every stop.

SafetyStandards:

Follow all safety procedures to the letter, whether you're behind the wheel or operating power equipment in the warehouse.

Who You Are:

Qualified:

You are 18+ years old and possess a valid New York State Driver's License . The "Smooth Operator": You have a clean driving record and ideally have experience operating power equipment in a warehouse setting (or you're ready to get certified with us!).

IndependentReliable:

You can manage a delivery schedule solo but love collaborating with the team to support our larger goals.

Mission-Driven:

You know that every mile you drive helps fight hunger in our community.

Physical Requirements:

This role is active and outdoor-facing.

You should be comfortable with:

Lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance. Extended periods of sitting (driving) and standing, bending, and reaching (loading/unloading).
