This position is essential for ensuring that installations and refurbishments are completed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall quality of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with hands-on experience in various installation tasks. You will work closely with our project managers, warehouse manager and other team members on event job sites, utilizing your expertise to deliver exceptional results. Duties Perform installations of various materials and structures according to specifications and blueprints. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installation tasks. Conduct frame carpentry and trim carpentry work as needed. Assist in projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship throughout. Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure safety and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements accurately. Experience Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations on-site. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Experience with frame carpentry, trim carpentry, remodeling, and stucco applications is highly desirable. Painting and wall refurbishment experience Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
