The Junior Service Technician & Warehouse Coordinator will be fully trained by the company to deliver high-quality technical support and to manage day-to-day warehouse operations. Over time, and with the support of structured training and mentoring, the role will grow to combine hands-on technical work in the field with efficient warehouse coordination, contributing to the company's "high quality" value proposition. No prior experience in industrial marking and coding systems is required — full training will be provided. Core Responsibilities All responsibilities below will be developed progressively through company training, supervised fieldwork, and mentoring. The candidate is not expected to perform these independently from day one. A. Technical Service & Quality (with Training and Supervision)

Pre-Sales Support:
Assist with on-site technical assessments and print samples to help validate technical feasibility for the Sales Department.
Identifying Opportunities:
While on-site or on calls, learn to spot customer needs beyond the immediate repair — such as low consumable stock, use of non-original parts, or aging equipment — and flag these for follow-up (certified consumables, maintenance contracts, equipment upgrades).
Competitor Awareness:
Note and report competitor marking systems seen at customer sites, providing observations to the Sales Director.
Reporting & Hand-off:
Document identified commercial opportunities and competitor information in the digital Service Report, ensuring smooth hand-off to the Sales Director or Customer Service.
Trade Show Support:
Assist with technical demonstrations at industry events, with training and support from senior staff. C. Operations & Administrative Support (Alignment with Customer Service)
Inventory & Stock Management:
Help manage physical inventory with a focus on availability of critical spares and inks, coordinating with Customer Service to prevent stock-outs.
Accurate Reporting:
Ensure all service reports are digitally documented, signed, and submitted promptly to support error-free billing.
Shipping & Logistics:
Carry out picking, packing, and shipping operations, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse. D. Training & Customer Success Customer Training (after certification): Once fully trained and certified internally, assist in delivering training sessions for customers and distributors.
Continuous Learning:
Stay curious about marking and coding technologies, and share improvement ideas with the team. Candidate Profile This is a junior role.
