Shipping/Warehouse Associate

Job Overview:

As a Shipping/Warehouse Associate at our Transportation Service Company, you will be a vital part of our logistics and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient receiving, storage, and shipment of products.

Responsibilities:

Receiving:

Inspect goods for damage, defects, and discrepancies; report any issues to a supervisor. Label and record received inventory into the warehouse management system.

Storage & Inventory Management:

Safely and efficiently put away received goods in designated warehouse locations. Pick products from shelves and storage areas to fulfill customer orders accurately. Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring items are secure and properly labeled.

Shipping:

Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels. Operate shipping software to process orders and generate tracking information.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and handling merchandise. Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management. Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods of time.

Pay:

$21.79 - $25.81 per hour
