In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through efficient stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping & receiving processes. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and organize inventory safely and efficiently Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF technology to ensure accurate order fulfillment Load and unload shipments, verifying quantities against shipping documents using basic math skills Stock shelves, organize storage areas, and maintain inventory accuracy within warehouse distribution centers Support shipping & receiving activities by preparing packages for dispatch and inspecting incoming goods for quality and accuracy Utilize warehouse management systems such as AS400 or MRP software to track inventory movements and update records Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following safety protocols and conducting routine inspections Requirements Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution operations preferred Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire Experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment required Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory control software such as AS400 or MRP systems preferred Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy items regularly and stand for extended periods Excellent attention to detail for accurate order picking, packing, and stock management Join us in a role where your skills make a real impact!
