Full-Time Position Overview Nauser Beverage Company is seeking a dependable, hardworking Merchandiser / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Hannibal, Missouri. This is a hybrid position that combines warehouse responsibilities two days per week with retail merchandising three days per week . The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, comfortable with physical work, and takes pride in keeping both our warehouse and retail accounts organized and properly stocked. Weekly Schedule Tuesday

Merchandising:

Walmart & County Market in Hannibal and Palmyra Merchandising Responsibilities On Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, the employee will service Walmart and County Market locations in Hannibal.

Responsibilities include:

Stocking Nauser Beverage products from back stock to shelves and displays Rotating products to maintain proper freshness and product quality Keeping shelves, displays, and back-stock areas organized Maintaining appropriate inventory levels on the sales floor Filling and maintaining promotional displays Identifying out-of-stocks and inventory issues Ensuring products are properly placed and presented according to company and retailer standards Communicating inventory or merchandising issues to the appropriate sales or management team member Building positive working relationships with store personnel Warehouse Responsibilities On Tuesday and Thursday, the employee will work at our Hannibal warehouse.

Responsibilities may include:

Receiving and organizing incoming product Stocking and rotating warehouse inventory Building and preparing orders for delivery Loading and unloading product Maintaining an organized and clean warehouse Checking products for damage, proper rotation, and inventory accuracy Assisting with general warehouse operations as needed Qualifications Must be dependable and able to consistently work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and move beverage products throughout the workday Comfortable working in both warehouse and retail environments Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required for merchandising days Ability to communicate professionally with customers, store employees, and Nauser Beverage team members Previous warehouse, merchandising, grocery, retail, or beverage industry experience is helpful but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and willing to work . This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys staying active and prefers a job where each day involves hands-on work rather than sitting behind a desk. Because the merchandising portion of the position is performed in our customers' stores, we expect our employees to represent Nauser Beverage professionally and take ownership of the appearance and availability of our products.

Compensation Starting pay:

$18.00 per hour Fuel allowance provided on merchandising days (Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday) when the employee uses their personal vehicle to travel between assigned retail locations Fuel allowance does not apply to regular commuting to and from the Hannibal warehouse Full-time, five-day-per-week position Consistent Tuesday through Saturday schedule
