Procurement Dock Clerk Position Summary The Material Handler supports the safe, accurate, and timely flow of materials throughout the OH1 fulfillment center. This role is responsible for receiving, putaway, replenishment, staging, and internal transfers of raw materials, components, and goods to keep production, compounding, and packing operations running smoothly. Because this is a regulated pharmacy environment , strong attention to detail and consistent documentation are required. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders and packing slips; report damage or discrepancies promptly. Put away received materials into assigned warehouse locations (forward pick, reserve, gaylord staging) using the Beyond warehouse management system to maintain accurate real-time inventory locations. Stage and replenish materials for compounding, packing, and kitting based on production needs. Follow

processes, including monitoring lot numbers and expiration dates to prevent expired/aging material from reaching production. Safely operate manual material-handling equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.) within training/certification limits. Consolidate, break down, and stage gaylords and totes; keep storage areas organized, labeled, and audit-ready. Support cycle counts and physical inventory; help research and document inventory variances. Communicate shortages, delays, or workflow bottlenecks to the dock clerk. Maintain a clean and safe workspace aligned with 5S and site safety standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 6+ months of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience (regulated manufacturing/pharmacy/healthcare experience preferred). Comfortable with basic math, inventory reconciliation, handheld scanners, and WMS transactions. Strong attention to detail (especially lot numbers, expiration dates, and documentation). Able to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime during peak periods. Physical Requirements Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally (with or without assistance). Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout an 8-12 hour shift. Comfortable working in temperature-controlled and/or refrigerated storage areas as needed.
