Warehouse Associate Pare Manufacturing Pawtucket, RI Job Details Full-time $17.50 - $19.00 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Packing Moving Shop math High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Materials handling Picking & packing Full Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of warehouse operations including picking, cutting, re-spooling, and packing wire and cable products to meet customer specifications. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Load and set up wire and cable on production equipment and machinery. Cut and re-spool wire and cable according to customer requirements and work orders. Follow established procedures for material handling, cable cutting, inspections, and order fulfillment. Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy. Report quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Team Leader. Assist with training and mentoring coworkers as assigned. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Support warehouse and production operations by performing additional duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Ability to read and interpret work orders, specifications, procedures, and other operational documentation. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet customer demands. Physical Requirements Manual dexterity and good visual acuity to accurately complete orders. Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds independently. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Ability to work safely around warehouse equipment and machinery.
Pay:
$17.50 - $19.00 per hour
