  Warehouse Associate

• Job Summary
• We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and production operations. This role includes forklift operation, order picking, packing, material handling, and assisting with light production tasks.
• Responsibilities
• + Receive, load, and unload shipments + Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely + Pick, pack, and stage customer orders + Cut and prepare flooring materials to specifications + Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization + Support production and shipping operations as needed + Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Requirements
• + 1+ year of warehouse experience + Forklift experience required (stand-up forklift preferred, certified) + Shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment experience + Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely + Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills + Reliable transportation and willingness to work overtime when needed
• Preferred
• + RF scanner experience + Inventory control experience + Manufacturing or distribution warehouse experience
• Schedule
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $22.

00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
