Position Overview:
Fielders (Material Handlers) are essential to our production process, responsible for ensuring seamless operation of our machines. If you have a strong background in manufacturing, this role will allow you to expand your skill set while collaborating closely with our production team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate powered equipment/pallet jack trucks to assist in loading and threading machines. Support machine operators in relocating and managing fabric batches. Ensure the consistent movement of trucks filled with fabric to maintain production flow. Safely unload and transfer completed textile batches. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.

Experience:
Previous manufacturing experience..
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and a good sense of color, essential for ensuring fabric quality.
Physical Ability:
Lifting and moving up to 75 pounds.
Language:
Ability to read and write in English to follow instructions effectively.
Education and Training:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Company-provided training on industrial powered equipment.
