This position combines warehouse operations with customer service and office support responsibilities. Compensation $18.00 per hour Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Job DescriptionWarehouse Responsibilities Operate a forklift to unload and load trucks and safely stack inventory. Assist installers with loading materials for installations. Perform daily forklift inspections and report potential hazards or concerns. Bale carpet padding. Conduct inventory counts. Receive, inspect, and tag carpet materials. Process returned items. Perform indoor and outdoor warehouse maintenance as needed. Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Office & Customer Service Responsibilities Support the General Manager with administrative and operational tasks. Contact customers regarding installer ETAs, schedule changes, and appointment updates. Conduct post-installation customer satisfaction surveys. Answer customer questions and help resolve issues professionally. Communicate with installation technicians in the field. Enter job summaries, purchase order information, and track delayed purchase orders. Provide general office support as needed. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required. 1+ years of inventory experience strongly preferred. Strong phone and communication skills required. Previous customer service experience strongly preferred. Previous forklift experience required; forklift certification is a plus. Strong computer skills required. Previous flooring industry experience is a plus. Ability to repeatedly lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
