Warehouse Technician II Description:

Warehouse Technician II A. Harold and Associates, LLC (AHA) is seeking a qualified Warehouse Technician II to support the Calibration Standards Ready Issue Activity Operations (CSRIA) warehouse located at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort, SC . This position requires a current SECRET clearance . The selected candidate will perform a variety of CSRIA warehouse duties including, but not limited to the following-

Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs/assists general Warehouse inventory functions which include (but are not limited) to receiving, issuing, preserving, storing, staging, and shipping of delicate instruments Assists in Property Governance/FIAR compliance Retires obsolete CALSTDs, and dispositioning CALSTDs to DLA Maintains warehouse housekeeping Administers inventory control program Performs periodic inventory cycles Verifies material against receiving documents Notes and reports discrepancies and obvious damages Routes materials to prescribed material locations Stores, stacks, or palletizes materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods Examines stored materials and reporting deterioration or damage Removes material from storage and preparing it for shipment Performs packaging, shipping/receiving, stocking and disposal activities Operates hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties Completes safety training and implements the knowledge in the workplace Performs other tasks/duties related to Warehouse operations as assigned by the

Warehouse Supervisor/Manager Required Education/Experience/Skills:

A high school degree or GED required Must have at least one year of experience performing duties of a Warehouse Technician Ability to demonstrate all facets of warehousing operations including inventory, identifying, cataloging, receiving, storing, issuing, packaging, crating, and shipping of material Computer familiarity; ability to use an automated inventory tracking system Ability to safely operate a fork lift Ability to interact daily with supervisors, peer group, and customers; must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to work under general supervision, applying best practices and established procedures Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

Experience with any of the following is a plus: military aviation supply, NAVAIR Metrology Calibration equipment, NAVAIR, Department of Defense (DoD)/Navy systems, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) disposition program
