Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer and become a vital part of our manufacturing operations! In this energetic role, you will perform essential hands-on tasks to support production processes, ensure safety standards are upheld, and maintain a smooth workflow. Your contributions will help us deliver high-quality products efficiently and safely. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop practical skills in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict safety and quality protocols. Duties Assist with the assembly, packaging, and movement of materials and products throughout the manufacturing facility Operate basic machinery and tools following safety guidelines and standard operating procedures Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment functions correctly and safely Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly at all times to safeguard yourself and colleagues Lift heavy materials safely, following proper lifting techniques to prevent injury Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe working environment Support inventory management by loading, unloading, and storing materials accurately Qualifications Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with basic tools and machinery is preferred but not required Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively as part of daily tasks Understanding of safety standards in production environments, including the use of PPE and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus but not mandatory Strong work ethic with reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions carefully and work well within a team environment Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your effort directly contributes to our success! Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
