• The general laborer will inspect concrete pipes for surface defects and imperfections, perform patching and finishing work using hand tools, grinders, and patching materials, and mix and apply concrete or patching compounds to repair damaged areas.

The role also involves assisting with form setup, stripping, and cleaning as needed, operating basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor and industrial environments.

• Responsibilities
• + Inspect concrete pipes for surface defects and imperfections. + Perform patching and finishing work using hand tools, grinders, and patching materials. + Mix and apply concrete or patching compounds to repair damaged areas. + Assist with form setup, stripping, and cleaning as needed. + Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently. + Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Essential Skills
• + Experience in concrete repair. + Knowledge of masonry and drywall work. + Proficiency in flat work and concrete finishing. + Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Experience with hand tools. + Understanding of production processes. + Familiarity with construction and concrete slabs.

• Work Environment
• The position is on the night shift, from 12am to 9am, working in an outside warehouse that is non-climate controlled. The environment is loud and dirty, requiring 10+ hours of overtime a week, with occasional mandatory Saturdays given with a 3-day notice.

• This is a Contract position based out of Charleston, SC.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
