Chester, SC Pay Rate:

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to workplace safety standards. Basic understanding of production and manufacturing processes is a plus. Experience Requirements 3+ years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity. Physical Capabilities Able to lift 40 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods. Ability to manually shovel product and perform other physically demanding tasks. Comfortable working in a labor-intensive production environment. Ability to safely stack and palletize finished products. Job Duties Monitor production equipment and machinery during operation to ensure efficient performance. Change and replace product bags as they become full during the production process. Manually shovel product into bags and prepare materials for shipment or storage. Box finished products as they move down the production line. Stack, organize, and palletize packaged products according to company standards. Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures, production guidelines, and supervisor instructions. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures. The Material Handler is responsible for safely handling materials that support manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution operations.
