We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory handling, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare orders for shipping and verify quantities and product information Load and unload trucks and deliveries Move, organize, and store inventory throughout the warehouse Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies Use scanners, warehouse equipment, and inventory systems as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines Assist with other warehouse duties as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Basic English communication skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus, but not required

Pay:

$23.60 - $28.40 per hour
