Important Orientation Requirement Candidates must attend a 45-minute orientation either the day before or the day of their assignment at a designated time. Position Summary The Material Handler / Packer is responsible for wrapping, bundling, labeling, palletizing, packaging, transporting, and storing finished goods produced on manufacturing lines. This position plays a key role in maintaining production flow by ensuring materials are properly handled, inventoried, and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities Wrap, package, label, and palletize finished products Transport and store finished goods throughout the facility Stage raw materials and support production operations Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) Perform inventory transactions and cycle counts Conduct quality inspections and verify product accuracy Shrink wrap and prepare products for shipment Maintain inventory accuracy and organization Keep work areas clean, safe, and orderly Support production lines and warehouse operations as needed Critical Skills Material Handling & Packaging Inventory Control & Cycle Counting RF Scanner & Barcode Experience Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Shipping & Receiving Quality Inspection Palletizing & Shrink Wrapping Production Support Attention to Detail Safety Awareness Organization & Time Management Teamwork & Communication Dependability & Reliability Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required One year of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment Strong attendance and reliability Why Work with Masis?
