Job Responsibilities:

Package and prepare goods for shipment Prepare and maintain shipment records Create Bills of Lading as needed Post weights and shipping charges Maintain organized shipping files and documentation Receive and record incoming and outgoing shipments Verify accuracy of shipments against Bills of Lading, invoices, and inventory records Maintain accurate inventory tracking for incoming and outgoing materials Utilize barcode scanners, computer systems, and electronic devices, including laser part marking Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (or become certified) Perform general cleaning of machines and work areas Cross-train in other positions as needed Assist with training and supporting team members when required Work with a strong sense of urgency to meet production demands Follow all PPE and safety requirements Participate in Lean and safety training initiatives Meet required productivity standards Warehouse Associate -

Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues Ability to meet daily production and customer demands Must be able to read and speak English Basic math skills required (including decimals and fractions) Ability to read a tape measure Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per shift
