Greenville, SC About the Role PLUS Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Staff & Inventory Support team member to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, equipment handling, facility upkeep, and preventative maintenance responsibilities. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory, supporting technicians and customers, coordinating equipment movement, and ensuring warehouse and facility readiness. Key Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments from UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers. Verify deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders. Process outbound customer and technician shipments. Package, label, and stage shipments for carrier pickup. Report damage, missing, or incorrect shipments. Deliver received items to designated departments and staging areas. Inventory Management Receive, stock, and organize parts, supplies, and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory locations and labeling. Pull, stage, and process technician inventory replenishment orders. Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigations. Support inventory transfers and maintain accurate inventory records. Assist with shed inventory management and parts recovery operations. Warehouse Operations Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse workspaces. Keep receiving, shipping, and storage areas orderly and accessible. Ensure aisles, exit, and work areas remain clear and safe. Remove excess packaging materials and recycle cardboard and shipping supplies. Empty warehouse trash and maintain housekeeping standards. Equipment Handling & Logistics Assist with the receipt, staging, storage, and movement of equipment. Unbox, inspect, and relocate equipment for setup, service, storage, or recycling. Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, stair climbers, and other material handling equipment safely. Support equipment transfers between facilities and storage locations. Assist with customer deliveries, pallet drop-offs, and installation support activities. Move company box trucks to designated operational and parking locations as needed. Vendor & Warranty Support Process vendor warranty claims and returns. Coordinate ground, expedited, and overnight shipments. Assist with vendor parts ordering when assigned. Maintain shipping documentation and records. Facility Support & Preventative Maintenance Support general facility maintenance and improvement projects. Maintain clean and safe building entrances, sidewalks, parking lots, and warehouse areas. Report on building maintenance concerns and safety hazards. Perform HVAC filter replacements quarterly and maintain replacement logs. Assist with inclement weather preparation, including ice melting and snow response activities. Monitor inventory levels for maintenance and facility supplies. Weekly Facility Responsibilities Inspect and service office trash and recycling locations. Restock restroom and kitchen supplies. Monitor soap, paper towel, and toilet paper inventories. Report low supply levels and maintenance concerns. Document and communicate follow-up actions to management.
