Job Summary:

The General Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of physical and manual tasks in the warehouse, including loading and unloading materials, moving product, maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The position requires regular heavy lifting and physical stamina.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move products, materials, and equipment by hand
• Perform team heavy lifting up to 100 pounds throughout the shift
• Organize, stack, and palletize materials safely and efficiently
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks if needed
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse and work areas
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Perform other general labor or warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

• Pervious warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for ENTIRE shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects safely and repeatedly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must arrive on time daily
