Job Description
All the responsibilities of Yard Staff, as well as: Lead by example, making sure to follow and know the Playgroup SOPs at all times. Report any misconduct or staff behavior that does not follow the SOPs. Make sure your shift has constant yard coverage, alerting the MOD if the ratios are off. Delegate opening/closing tasks as necessary, including baths, cleaning, yard coverage, etc. Assist with putting dogs away, letting them out, making and putting down meals, cleaning, etc. Make mop buckets with Kennelsol or make sure the staff is making them correctly. ¼ cup Kennelsol per mop bucket of hot water. Make sure all staff stays on task and busy. Assist management as asked. Assist with staff training by facilitating new hires watching the videos and completing workbook pages in the yard. Bring any ideas for smoother processes or better yard management to your MOD. Praise staff as often as you can and bring any concerns to management. Other duties per shift as discussed with MOD each day.
