Previous manufacturing, production, or material handling experience preferred Operate and monitor production equipment while maintaining safe and efficient workflow Remove completed spools from machinery, start new spools, and support continuous production Package finished products, place boxes on pallets, and secure loads with shrink wrap Perform quality checks and report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with general material handling tasks Ability to perform repetitive lifting, standing, and physical tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to teamwork and safety Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
