Non‑climate controlled warehouse (hot summer conditions) Job Overview The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by pulling customer orders, staging materials, receiving inventory, and operating a sit-down forklift. This role requires working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift and working in a warehouse that can become very hot during the summer months. Must‑Haves 6 months to 1 year of sit-down forklift experience 1 year of recent, consistent warehouse experience Ability to read and understand pick orders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attendance and reliability Qualifications Background in warehouse operations including: Shipping Receiving Inventory management Material handling Ability to quickly learn product knowledge Forklift operator experience required Ability to lift, bend, twist, pull, and stand throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment Pull and prepare orders for shipment Read and follow pick orders accurately Move pulled materials to staging areas Assist with inventory put-away as needed Warehouse Operations Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials Operate sit-down forklift safely and efficiently Maintain inventory accuracy and organization Support daily shipping and receiving activities Safety & Housekeeping Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards Assist with general warehouse housekeeping duties Physical Requirements Lift 25-40 lbs regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, pulling, and lifting Ability to perform physical warehouse duties for the full shift Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment Additional Notes Job duties may align with positions such as:
