Temp-to-Hire Position Summary As a member of the Warehouse Team, you will play a key role in delivering products to customers by safely and efficiently picking, building, and loading orders for next-day delivery. •Experience- must have experience operating an order picker/cherry picker• Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Loading Build orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner (case picking and/or bottle line). Load route trucks according to computerized loading schematics. Equipment Operation & Maintenance Perform daily inspections of assigned warehouse equipment and report any deficiencies. Safely operate material handling equipment as needed, including: Forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck Keg fork/dock stocker, slip-sheet lift, de-layer Clamp truck, double pallet jack, floor scrubber Safety, Compliance & Housekeeping Safely handle shipments and replenish product as needed. Perform cleaning and basic maintenance duties; report unsafe work conditions immediately. Responsibly handle beverage alcohol products. Complete other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Prior warehouse experience and/or training (preferred). Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English. Strong communication, problem-solving, and sound judgment. Professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Physical Requirements Ability to lift/carry up to 65 lbs for extended periods. Frequent reaching (including intermittent overhead reaching). Standing and walking for extended periods.
