Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Labor Lead to oversee and manage production and assembly teams in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, maintaining high-quality standards, and promoting safety and continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves supervising team members, coordinating tasks, and ensuring projects such as waterproofing, crawlspace encapsulation, and mold remediation are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Manage and lead production or assembly teams to meet project goals and deadlines. Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and effectively. Enforce quality standards in all aspects of production to ensure high-quality outcomes. Maintain safety standards by implementing safety protocols and promoting a safe work environment. Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and clients regarding project progress and issues. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing best practices. Assist with specialized tasks related to waterproofing, crawlspace encapsulation, and mold remediation as needed. Ensure basic math skills are applied accurately during measurements, calculations, and quality checks. Experience Proven experience managing production or assembly teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of quality assurance and safety standards within industrial or construction settings. Experience with waterproofing, crawlspace encapsulation, or mold remediation is preferred but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided. Excellent managerial communication skills to lead teams effectively and coordinate with other departments. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for project measurements and quality assessments. Commitment to continuous improvement processes and maintaining a safe work environment.
