AVS Garage Doors Spartanburg is currently looking for a Warehouse / Fabrication Associate to join our growing team. This position involves working in our warehouse and fabrication area, preparing and assembling garage door components, handling materials, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for installation crews and customers. Previous warehouse, fabrication, construction, manufacturing, or mechanical experience is preferred but not required . We provide training for motivated candidates who are comfortable working with their hands and willing to learn. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble garage door components and related products. Cut, drill, measure, and prepare aluminum, steel, and other materials according to specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, saws, drills, and other fabrication equipment. Prepare garage doors, tracks, hardware, and other components for installation. Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials. Receive deliveries and verify materials and quantities. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory. Prepare and stage materials for installation crews. Inspect fabricated and received products for damage or quality issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and fabrication area. Follow company fabrication procedures, measurements, and quality standards. Assist with other warehouse and production tasks as needed. Skills Required Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with your hands. Ability to accurately use a tape measure and basic measuring tools. Comfortable using various hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and product quality. Ability to follow drawings, measurements, instructions, and fabrication procedures. Team player with a positive attitude. Self-starter who can work independently when required. Coachable and willing to learn new fabrication processes. Dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule. Ability to safely lift and move garage door panels, hardware, and other materials. Basic warehouse organization and inventory skills. Valid driver's license preferred. Experience Warehouse experience- Preferred but not required Fabrication or manufacturing experience

- Preferred Garage door industry experience
- A plus, but not required Training is provided for candidates without previous garage door or fabrication experience.
